Senior Line Dancing

Line Dancing is a great way to exercise that is fun, therapeutic in allowing one "to live in the moment" and to forget the stresses of the day. This class will strengthen you physically and mentally.

Here is a list of some of the health benefits you will enjoy if you line dance on a regular basis .........
